She has over 12 years of experience across sales, management, and recruitment, including time at a publicly traded staffing firm. She excels at building strong client partnerships and placing candidates where they will thrive. She’s driven by a genuine passion for connecting people and organizations for long-term success.

Chelsea holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Rhode Island and is currently pursuing her MBA.

As Practice Leader for Accounting and Finance at Praxt, Danielle brings broad recruiting experience across industries and skill sets nationwide. With a background in both corporate HR and recruitment consulting, Pam brings a comprehensive understanding of organizational dynamics and leadership needs.
